Refined and sought-after cuisine for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds. It is possible for a vegetarian to enjoy as much as the others... a lot of work and preparation in very well presented dishes. It’s nice to see passionate restaurateurs who dare to express their talent.

We had a great time, the couple who run the restaurant are extremely kind, the gentleman is an outstanding cook (everything was good) and the lady knows wine perfectly, it was very pleasant to hear her develop her knowledge to other customers, the cuisine was simply excellent and creative, thank you

Auberge Le Collet

24/02/2024: For the 3rd year in a row, we stayed with pleasure at the Auberge du Collet. How can I better tell you about the welcome, the kindness of the owners, the good humor of the staff, Christian's talent in the kitchen (research in highlighting the dishes, cooking with local products, well-presented plates), that 'by visiting them! Each room has a small adjoining living room, very useful after hiking.
10/02/2024: While passing through the region, we tested the restaurant by chance and we were absolutely not disappointed! Very good value for money with local, seasonal and very well presented products (that's a pleasure)! The server was very welcoming with the service not too fast nor too slow! The proposed menu can suit all tastes (choice between 4 starters, 4 main courses and a wide choice of dessert). I recommend it without hesitation!
