A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We booked the room with a sauna and two six-course dinners, and it was a lovely experience in a relaxing setting with truly kind, helpful staff who always wanted to make our stay enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place and hope to return!

A truly wonderful place in the Vosges mountains, an absolute must-see: the Auberge du Couchetat in La Bresse 🤩 This restaurant-hotel blends French and Chilean cultures and is run by a fantastic couple, Julie and Jonathan.
Their welcome is incredibly warm, as is that of all the staff.

What an incredible discovery! We stayed and dined at Auberge Le Couchetat. The hotel is welcoming and the rooms are spotless, but what truly made it fabulous was the flawless dinner. The dishes were prepared with high-quality ingredients and great creativity. And what can we say about the extraordinary welcome, with its kindness and smiles? Bravo to the entire team, to Chef Jonathan and his wife Julie, whose Chilean heritage inspires the menu and the restaurant's ambiance. The menu changes seasonally, and we will gladly return.

A superb restaurant recommended to us by friends. I, in turn, highly recommend this place where everything comes together: refined and sophisticated cuisine, service with very pleasant staff, very comfortable rooms, and prices that are quite reasonable considering the quality offered.
A wonderful time for two, we'll definitely be back. A fantastic place in a lush and idyllic setting.

We received a very warm welcome, despite our slight delay (we had a little trouble finding it due to construction). We enjoyed our lunch; the menu was excellent, full of different flavors and tastes. We will gladly return. The setting is beautiful and the decor is inviting.

A truly wonderful, top-notch team: smiling, helpful, always available... and I don't know what else to say... there's so much to say.
