A real gem on the Route des Crêtes! Le Paquis offers an absolutely breathtaking view, an exceptional setting that alone is worth the trip. The staff is lovely, welcoming, and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, pure bliss: the waffles are delicious, and the blueberry tart is simply divine! 😍 A must-visit in the Vosges; I highly recommend it!

Honestly, a disastrous experience 😅 First of all, the chef… a disgrace. The dishes were so good that we finished everything without even complaining, unacceptable. It's impossible to find a fault; it's becoming suspicious. The waiter? Don't even get me started. Smiling, attentive, efficient… it's truly annoying to be treated so well; you almost feel obligated to come back. And then the manager… abominable!! Welcoming, professional, friendly… it all seems to lack a certain chaos. In short, if you're looking for a place where you'll eat incredibly well, be treated exceptionally well, and have a fantastic time… run away 😅😅

Yesterday, I spontaneously got the last two free tables – a real stroke of luck. Excellent, honest cuisine, generous portions, and a lively, pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. The hosts are particularly impressive: warm, attentive, and full of personality. And the espresso was exceptionally good – a perfect ending. A place you'll want to return to.

What a fantastic discovery! We arrived very early, at 11:30 am, but received a very warm welcome. The dishes were delicious and the desserts were divine. The owners were very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning this summer.
