Excellent, gourmet, and generous portions! The price reflects the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The waitress (manager?) was very helpful, attentive, and knew how to recommend a good wine to pair with the meal.

We stopped by chance on our journey, without having booked a table at this charming cottage. The meal was perfect, with lovely flavor combinations, and the service and welcome were pleasant and efficient. We will definitely return.

The Auberge du Nézil is a true Briéron-style building. We were greeted by Hélène's lovely smile and, as the weather was superb, she seated us on the terrace surrounded by nature. We started with the cocktail of the day, created by her daughter, with its very delicate aromas. We were then served amuse-bouches, so delicious that they gave us a pleasant preview of the rest of the dinner. We continued with the set menu, prepared by Olivier, who was in charge of the kitchen. Subtle flavors, original side dishes, perfect cooking... In short, pure bliss! A huge THANK YOU again to Hélène and Olivier for delighting us with this dinner. Your love of cooking shines through in your welcome and your dishes. Bravo! 😊

Chez Morice: an excellent restaurant in the Brière region, housed in an authentic thatched cottage in a verdant, rural setting. Yesterday, the sun was shining brightly. Lunch was available on the back terrace. However, my friend and I preferred to dine inside. We chose one of the two set menus (it's a shame they no longer offered an à la carte menu...). In a warm, family atmosphere, we enjoyed delicious, beautifully presented dishes made with high-quality ingredients. The tables are well-spaced, allowing for quiet conversation. The white cloth napkins are a nice touch these days and a sign of fine dining. The prices are reasonable, and parking is easy and free. The wines, even by the glass, are excellent. A great place to remember... Reservations are recommended.
