A wonderful discovery of this restaurant in the heart of a charming village in the Gers region. A warm welcome and a beautifully decorated setting. Lovely plates of dishes with sophisticated and refined flavors were served, accompanied by elegant glasses filled with local wines. Soft music provided the perfect backdrop for a delightful evening. It's worth noting the local sourcing of the ingredients. A place to remember.
