Beautiful evening once again at the Auberge Les Saveurs d’Azun
The cuisine is good, tasty and sophisticated. the welcome and service are friendly, professional and very human.
The boss is in the kitchen and serving but always available and welcoming.
I like it, I recommend it and above all I come back as soon as I can 👏👏
Nice table for 10 people, but when ordering aperitifs, the chef doesn't inform us that he doesn't have any more garbure! It’s a shame, a waste of time too because we have to reconsider our menus.
The trout gravlax is delicious, and the desserts with homemade chocolate are very decent... However, although the service was pleasant, there is a severe lack of organization. Clear the plates one by one?? And having to call the boss for the bill... Hopefully this is a temporary situation

Comment être déçu, alors que nous étions des habitués des lieux ?.. Tout simplement à cause d'un service déplorable du début à la fin du repas (menu supérieur). Que penser d'une serveuse qui vous demande de garder vos couverts depuis l'entrée (poisson), en passant par la viande et... le fromage en "dessert" ?... Et que dire de desserts servis au milieu des assiettes du plat principal, sans que l'on vienne débarasser la table encombrée ?
Nous étions le 14 juillet (fête Nationale) et il n'y avait que 3 tables à servir !... Très grosse déception pour un restaurant qui n'est pas un fast-food et qui se veut "gastronomique local".
