Garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) and dessert prepared with fresh ingredients; a truly masterful crème brûlée made according to time-honored techniques! In short, a delight! The waiter was very friendly and the owner extremely kind. We had a lovely time. Best wishes for continued success!

A pleasant experience at this charming inn, with decor that may be slightly dated but is nonetheless typical! And a magnificent view thanks to the sunny terrace. As for the food, it was very good; they did indeed feature well-prepared local produce. However, considering the price, one might have expected a bit more generosity in the appetizers or desserts.

This restaurant is flawless. The welcome is simple and relaxed. We ordered à la carte: pork ribs flambéed with amber rum and smoked trout, which were delicious. I've never eaten such good trout. For dessert, we had profiteroles, which were delicious and homemade, with a perfectly crisp choux pastry. All accompanied by a Saint Mont white wine, it was perfect.

MAGNIFICENT. A super cool and laid-back waiter who did a fantastic job. The chef in the kitchen is a top chef. There aren't a million dishes, only three, and that's more than enough. At least it's fresh, homemade, and prepared with love—that's for sure. If you're in the area, you absolutely must make a reservation. The setting is also magnificent. We went there at the very end of September in the evening for drinks on the outdoor terrace with a stunning view—it was simply the best. We'll definitely be back when we're on holiday in the area.

What a fantastic find for us tonight! A typical mountain restaurant, perfect after a good hike: we had a wonderful meal!! Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff in a lovely setting!!
I recommend it 200%! You can go without hesitation!

We expected better... the dishes were nicely presented but not very high quality. The toilets were rather dirty. I'm not keen to repeat the experience. What a shame.

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! A very warm welcome. We ate on the terrace overlooking the Pyrenees. The food was excellent, especially the lamb confit cooked for six hours... a delight! And the braised pork ribs with rum sauce... simply superb! The nougat glacé was the perfect sweet touch... In short, we highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

The set menu price (€38 excluding wine and coffee) was, all things considered, quite excessive for what was served: Veal spider steak with trimming that was far from perfect, and a potato gratin with a very bland flavor. The gravlax, in which the trout wasn't the dominant flavor, and the cream (which seemed to lack mustard, dill, or lemon) formed the main body of the dish. The dessert was acceptable but not memorable. In short, inflation is rampant in the kitchen. A shame.
