Des amuse-bouches sont servis : tapenade et pain grillé ; gaspacho melon pastèque. Très bon début confirmé par la suite de notre commande : beignets de courgettes ; porc panzetta et carré glacées purée maison. Pour finir une énorme profiterole nappée d’un excellent chocolat fondu et des noisettes grillées…un délice ! Accueil et service agréable. Bravo ! Hâte de revenir

Petit restaurant au centre de Cauro, très cosie Tout était parfait, l’accueil, le service Le repas était succulent Toutefois il est prudent de réserver

An unmissable cauro address which has existed for an extremely long time and is known and recognized by all of the Ajaccian country and more, more than reasonable prices and the cuisine is excellent...not to be missed if you want to have a great time 👍👍

A restaurant with truly exceptional value for money, the managers are at the top with FINALLY real catering professionals who know what they are talking about. The products are fresh and seasonal. It's been a long time since we had a real good time at the restaurant 😀. Thanks again to this team of young people full of ambition. Pauline and joris

02/11/2025: I introduced my five-year-old son to the country of my childhood. He also learned that at the sports bar, the waitress disdainfully calls him "the kid" and that his coloring book on the table is disruptive to the service. Yes, the charcuterie platter is for "the kid"—he likes lonzu and coppa, but apparently his age is a problem. In short, the food and chef were top-notch, but the awful service ruined our last evening before leaving. Again, sorry I don't have the accent. P.S.: My visit took place at the end of August 2025. I'm referring to the sports bar in Cauro, and on August 29th, they had charcuterie on the menu.
12/09/2025: Delicious meat on the brazier, homemade fries and perfect desserts! Super warm welcome from the owners and the waitress! Very nice terrace! If you are passing through the area, don't hesitate to stop by!!! We already know where to stop during our next vacation on your magnificent island!
