August 2025: Excellent welcome, top-notch service, and very good food. July 2026: Still just as fantastic! Superb welcome, excellent amuse-bouche (mortadella skewer with parsley butter, fabulously delicious!). Then duck breast for my wife and a Corsican burger for me, all washed down with a chilled white wine: "absolutely superb!" And finally, a coffee tiramisu and two scoops of ice cream: decadent! Bravo to the Chef and his Cooks (the capital "C" is intentional) for the perfect cooking, as usual! Bravo to his wife and waitress for their kindness and attentiveness. Everything was perfect, even the playlist which created a really nice retro atmosphere. And finally, a special shout-out to Alba who behaved herself throughout the entire meal. See you very soon!

We were just passing through, very warm welcome, excellent meats, reasonable prices for the time of year.

The meat is fresh, tender, and melts in your mouth, cooked on the brazier right next door. The homemade fries are crispy. Quick service without a reservation, pleasant setting in the middle of the village. Shaded by the trees. No complaints, I highly recommend it.

Best Restaurant in the whole of Corsica, literally. We stopped here with our baby. Very kind staff, amazing meat on the grill and very honest prices. Meat was outstanding, exceptionally cooked by the chef at the grill, also a very friendly person. we had burger (so good!) and mortadella on the grill - even the coffe was up to standard, Vergano, top choice. Do stop here on your way!

A wonderful experience. Everything was delicious, and cooked over an open fire. Truly excellent and well worth the trip. Reservations recommended. The service was incredibly friendly.

On a road trip we decided to make this family restaurant our lunch stop. I agree with some of the comments, the wait for service was a bit slow, but they were very nice and quick to acknowledge they were short staffed, so if you arrive hungry, take a deep breath and suck it up. Have a drink, and just enjoy the nice picnic-like atmosphere. You won’t regret it. We ordered the salmon, the entrecôte and the pluma ibérica (mine), and everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The coffee was delicious too. I wish I could’ve stayed for dessert, but we needed to get back on the road so I skipped it, so I hope I can come back for it another day!
