A wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome, an original amuse-bouche after an aperitif accompanied by tapenade. The terrine was very good, as was the breaded egg. The veal tartare was also delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. An address to remember! We will be back 😊

Recommend and booked by our Gites owner. Lovely traditional Inn , expect a warm welcome and excellent food. Terrines du Maison, Slow cooked pork and fillet of beef Tataki both served with a fabulous "Paris mash ". Good value wines and excellent cocktails. Merci to Franck for recommending.

On a recommendation, I discovered a lovely little restaurant 15 minutes from Ajaccio. There's a large free parking lot 200 meters down the road. Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Terrace overlooking the street, air-conditioned dining room. Original cuisine created by the chef, with the menu changing every three months. A small black olive and raisin tapenade that's absolutely divine. A very refreshing gazpacho that will transport you to summer. I recommend the set menu, which will take you on a culinary journey through Corsica. No need to go to the Maldives, Corsica is just as wonderful.

A true gem! Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. Refined, creative, and flavorful cuisine, with delicious flavor combinations. It's the kind of place you'd like to keep secret… but it definitely deserves to be known. A wonderful discovery!

A must-visit in Cauro! As a bed and breakfast owner in the area, I'm passionate about recommending the best restaurants to my guests, and Restaurant Napoléon is definitely one of them. It's simply our favorite. From cocktails to desserts, every dish showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients, prepared with a passion and finesse worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. The menu is very reasonably priced, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is highly professional. An exceptional experience that our guests love!

21/07/2026: August 2025: Excellent welcome, top-notch service, and very good food. July 2026: Still just as fantastic! Superb welcome, excellent amuse-bouche (mortadella skewer with parsley butter, fabulously delicious!). Then duck breast for my wife and a Corsican burger for me, all washed down with a chilled white wine: "absolutely superb!" And finally, a coffee tiramisu and two scoops of ice cream: decadent! Bravo to the Chef and his Cooks (the capital "C" is intentional) for the perfect cooking, as usual! Bravo to his wife and waitress for their kindness and attentiveness. Everything was perfect, even the playlist which created a really nice retro atmosphere. And finally, a special shout-out to Alba who behaved herself throughout the entire meal. See you very soon!
