We came as a couple last night, and the setting truly lives up to the inn I envision. A small dining room, a pleasant atmosphere, and a couple working in perfect harmony both in the dining room and the kitchen. The menu is limited, which is often a sign of quality. The tarte flambée is delicious and leaves you wanting more... a wonderful discovery of the génépi liqueur from Colmar too! Well done! We'll be back!

The owner yelled very loudly at her husband or someone else; it really wasn't fair play in front of everyone present. It's a shame for the restaurant's image because he was everywhere, and his desserts were simply excellent. Thank you to him! The waitresses were just there for show; he was the only one who mattered to all the customers. 👌 Thank you to him!

The innkeeper is wonderful. We were at the climbing site across the street with a lively group of 18 children. I called the inn around 1 p.m. because the children had run out of water in their bottles, and she told me to come to her place. She refilled all 18 children's bottles with fresh water while they were busy serving, all with a cheerful attitude. So I highly recommend this very welcoming inn where the dishes that passed before our eyes while we waited looked absolutely delicious.

I didn't come here for the food... there are beautiful caravans (roulottes) where you can stay overnight surrounded by nature, near horses, etc. The owners are modest, very friendly, and hospitable people. I was able to speak to them in German 🇲🇫🇩🇪. I'd love to come back ❤️ It was a truly special experience.

I recommend this inn. We had a very good meal after enjoying drinks outside. We were served quickly and the manager was helpful.

A charming place in a lush and exotic setting! A warm welcome from Dimitri, in a friendly, family atmosphere, and a place full of character with original decor. Excellent cuisine, featuring fresh, local produce—kudos to Chef Marie! Special mention for the Finnish kota experience, where I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday: a convivial and unique moment with friends around the grill. A place where you're guaranteed a great time… Be sure to book!

06/09/2026: We aren't regular customers, but we've been coming for years (over 15). So, as always, we appreciated the food, which is plentiful and flavorful. It's local, it's good. But this time, we really had to make an effort to enjoy our meals. We had reserved a table and were offered a seat on the terrace. When we arrived, we were seated inside. We didn't say anything. Our table was right next to another one. So close, in fact, that the gentleman behind me kept leaning back, and his hair was touching mine. Poor guy, it wasn't his fault, but I spent the evening pressed against the table and leaning forward to avoid that happening again... On top of that, there were several hiccups with the service, with staff who weren't always up to scratch. So, it's still as good as ever, but the service somewhat spoiled the experience.
01/09/2026: We had a great time; the food was excellent and the service was top-notch. However, the portions weren't huge, and a little sauce with the cordon bleu would have been nice to make it perfect, but other than that, it was delicious. You posted your comment about the desserts in the wrong section 😅

01/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant Belle Vue in Gueberschwihr! Special mention for the Caesar salad, absolutely fabulous: generous, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. 🥗✨ The rest of the menu is also very well done, with excellent choices and refined cuisine that makes you want to come back and try other dishes.
