Very friendly welcome, lovely terrace. The food is good, traditional.

We came to Belle Vue because we were staying at the hotel next door. We went two nights in a row. We were surprised to find that it was a problem for our 16-year-old to order a children's meal, as she doesn't eat large portions. Also, whenever we wanted even a slight change to a dish, there was an extra charge of €8.50. I suppose it was just bad luck, but a snail (admittedly small, but still there) was in my partner's salad. We had asked for a dish with spaetzle instead of fries, but we received fries and nothing else. The second night, we made the same request, and still no spaetzle. I can't fault the taste of the food, which was good, but the service and the lack of flexibility somewhat spoiled the experience, in addition to the points mentioned above. In conclusion, in my opinion, it's a convenient restaurant, not bad, but it won't leave me with a lasting memory.

Excellent value for money for original and well-presented daily specials. I recommend the owner's fine wines, Domaine Scherb.

Excellent experience at the Bellevue restaurant in Gueberswihr. Refined cuisine, quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service from pleasant and professional waiters. Everything was perfect, and we will gladly return on our next visit.

We ended up here on the recommendation of our hotel, Terra Vinum, and are within walking distance. We had a nice table on the terrace. The menu offers plenty of choice, as does the wine list. The food is of good quality, only the dessert was a bit disappointing.

A restaurant that truly lives up to its name. We were looking for a peaceful spot away from the city for a romantic dinner. We were spoiled for choice! Nestled among the vineyards, on a terrace, with a breathtaking view over the entire Colmar Valley and the Vosges Mountains on the horizon. The food was excellent and the service was simple and friendly.

A very inviting and spotlessly clean atmosphere, a fantastic view (the name truly says it all!) across the Alsatian Rhine plain to the Black Forest on the German side. Very friendly and attentive service in three languages ​​(French, German, English). The menu selection was average, but the quality of the ingredients (freshness and regional sourcing), presentation, and taste of the dishes was very high. A harmonious, indeed almost perfect, price-performance ratio – highly recommended.
