Excellent restaurant with a great menu; there's truly something for everyone! The tasting menu is simply divine! The dishes are generous, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service is quick, efficient, and always with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it! 👌

The place is pleasant and the welcome friendly. The food is good. However, there are two drawbacks, which is a shame. First, the prices are in the high, even very high, range. While the service is excellent, a person (owner? Chef? Manager?) approaches the till with a peremptory tone and demeanor. What a boastful jerk! It's a pity because the staff is very pleasant, with a special mention for the excellent bartender.

We visited twice. On the second night we had choucrout garni and tuna steak; for starters, foie gras and beef + tuna tataki. The fish was no longer any good!!! It tasted and smelled extremely fishy – not fresh, but stale. The service wasn’t very friendly either. That night, my partner, who’d had the fish, suffered from non-stop diarrhoea. And he even paid €50 for it. Unacceptable. On the first evening we had a wonderful experience. the food tasted excellent, the prices were high but acceptional for the taste and quality (we had faux fillet and wild boar stew: both were nicely seared and tender). The staff was very friendly and ambiente was also very nice ! So we came again... Obviously a mistake! note: 50€ was approximately the starter and main course together. One dish costs about half, my apologies. If you have fresh fish delivered every day, I am surprised by the smell and taste. We’ve often eaten tuna prepared in all sorts of ways all over the world. As I said, our first visit was lovely and the food was brilliant. That’s what we were hoping for on our final evening of the trip. Your reaction is a bit strange, given that I’m simply describing our experience. Of course, my partner was just as displeased and appalled as you were...

We've known the Bellevue for many years and always enjoyed coming back. We loved the special ambiance, the beautiful view, the cheerful service, and especially the steak tartare, which for us was practically a must-try. Under the new ownership, things have changed quite a bit. Sadly, the steak tartare is no longer on the menu, which we personally find very regrettable. The restaurant has since been modernized. Unfortunately, in our opinion, it has lost some of its former warmth. We found the lighting in the dining room particularly cold; the light from the central chandelier was even blinding. The food that evening varied. Our three companions had the wild boar and were very happy with it. I ordered a medium-rare sirloin steak. Unfortunately, my rather thin steak barely showed any pink color. Furthermore, the meat wasn't particularly tender and was somewhat sinewy in places. The peppercorn sauce, on the other hand, was exceptionally delicious. I found the rather soft fries served with it disappointing. For a steak in this price range, I would have expected to be asked about my preferred side dish. The fries didn't seem like a suitable accompaniment to a higher-priced steak, neither in terms of quality nor presentation. We see the most room for improvement in the service. We had to wait quite a while for our order to be taken and later for the table to be cleared, and at times we felt neglected. Our server seemed more assertive than friendly. The food was served sometimes from the left, sometimes from the right, and occasionally across the table. In a restaurant where many main courses cost over €30, we expect more attentive and professional service. Overall, the food was quite decent, and the wild boar was even very good. Nevertheless, Bellevue didn't impress us this time as much as on our previous visits. The price level is significantly higher, and our expectations for the food, service, and atmosphere are correspondingly high. It's a shame, because we've really enjoyed coming here for many years.

Special mention for the Caesar salad, absolutely fabulous: generous, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. 🥗✨ The rest of the menu is also very well done, with excellent choices and refined cuisine that makes you want to come back and try other dishes.
