The tarte flambée was good, but there's a world of difference between that and proclaiming oneself the emperor of tarte flambée. On the other hand, the dining room was extremely noisy, which contributed to spoiling the evening.

It was okay, but nothing more. We were among the first guests after opening. The friendliness was brisk and forced, but there was no genuine warmth. It felt like a factory operation. Come, eat, leave. Somehow uncomfortable. Apparently, the tarte flambée is supposed to be good, but we ordered other dishes from the menu. If you're looking for a rustic and charming atmosphere, with heart and soul, go somewhere else.

The tarte flambée here is excellent. Today I had the half-and-half! Incredibly delicious. And then dessert. A wonderful visit to Auberge Saint-Martin.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery! A very friendly inn with a warm atmosphere and a welcoming atmosphere. The service is incredibly fast, which is much appreciated, and above all, the food is excellent! The dishes are delicious and well-prepared. We had a fantastic time, absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect from start to finish! I highly recommend it 👍

Absolutely delicious, super friendly hosts – we had a wonderful evening! The Pièce du Boucher and the Crème Brûlée were especially fantastic! The tarte flambée as an appetizer was also very tasty!

18/10/2026: A superb experience at this small Alsatian restaurant; the menu features only regional specialties. The sauerkraut was excellent, as was the homemade cordon bleu.
