I recommend the tarte flambée with tomme cheese and smoked ham. Being a bit more substantial than the others, it will perfectly satisfy your hunger.

A perfect spot for tarte flambée lovers. The daily special was perfect, and they even added a little something extra. We'll definitely be back, and motorcyclists are welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its delicious food and its warm welcome. Thank you for a lovely lunch today.

Auberge Saint-Martin in Kintzheim is a great place to enjoy tarte flambée after visiting Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle. After our trip to the castle, we stopped here and tried several different tarte flambées. We had a tarte flambée with Munster cheese and something completely different: the apple one. The dough was beautifully thin and crispy, the toppings fresh and very well-balanced – despite the obvious high volume of tourists, we enjoyed both. Our daughter had a profiterole. The dough was definitely homemade, the hazelnut ice cream for the filling was delicious, and the portion was more than generous. It truly exceeded our expectations! Only the cappuccino was a bit weak. The restaurant is pleasantly quiet and offers a cozy and, despite the many visitors, authentic atmosphere. The service was friendly and they immediately found us a table. The peak season was noticeable and somewhat disrupted the tranquility, especially since it was Sunday and many locals were there for lunch. After that, things suddenly became quieter and a bit more relaxed. Card payment was also possible, and at €45 for two tarte flambées, profiteroles, and three drinks, it was perfectly normal.

We'll be back. The food was very good, the staff very friendly, and the seating was lovely in the shade. The prices were also perfectly reasonable. The two of us paid €41 for food and drinks. Looking forward to next time! See you soon!
