We had dinner the first evening because it was the only place open to welcome us after 8 p.m. and we were not disappointed. Particularly with the warm and very professional, fast and efficient welcome from Cyrille. We wanted a light dinner and the fish soup as well as the omelette were of very good quality without forgetting the plate of very good quality cheeses (I have been a professional cheesemaker for five generations and I know what I am talking about). As a result, we went there three times the following day and had dinner: very good onion soup and rack of lamb from the salt meadow, I think. In any case excellent and always with this gentleman (Cyrille) at the top. I understand the prices given the location and it is far from being shocking contrary to what I have read in some reviews. We had lunch with 3 people on 02/01/2025 in this restaurant. 90 euros for aperitif, main course, dessert. The pizzas and the chicken supreme were very good. Good value for money for this very touristy place that is Mont Saint Michel. If you want a place, remember to come early, the restaurateur refused many people because the restaurant was full. We found the staff friendly.

At the moment I am still sitting in the restaurant, enjoying my coffee after a delicious extensive lunch. This consisted of a salad de crudités (at least 8 types of vegetables!), a pavé de saumon, with sauce béarnaise, some mussels, a clam, mixed vegetables and rice and finally the famous tarte Normandie. Tasted great and the menu cost me €26.80 excluding wine and coffee. It was busy, but the staff was fast, friendly and professional. Recommended.

We writing to review the restaurant (not the hotel!) We arrived at Mont Saint Michel at 8:30pm on a Saturday, which is considered in most parts of the world not late, but virtually everything was already closed, except for this establishment. We read some negative reviews on Google, and were sceptical but we had no choice. To be fair, the food was average and the table was very small. I am not going to embellish that, but one needs to consider it was the only restaurant that opens late and the price of the menu in a highly touristic area was actually very affordable and fair. Despite the crowd, the waiting staff was also very nice and the owner was also friendly, welcoming and polite. I really would not complain about this restaurant at all and overall, we had a nice experience here.

A good time, mussels and fries, pleasant service with Léo. Didn't feel like I was in a tourist trap.

Finally a restaurant that welcomes you and considers you in this anthill of tourists. Friendly boss and fast service. And the mussels and fries are perfect.

My experience here was great - very different from most reviews. Had very attentive and quick service and a delicious mixed salad with the house bread. Would visit again.
