28/06/2026: Despite our delay and the fact that we only ordered dessert, the waitress was understanding and very kind. Thank you! The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, the desserts are excellent, and the omelet is delicious!
I recommend it to everyone.
07/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We had dinner at La Mère Poulard and had to wait 45 minutes before receiving our food. The dishes are overpriced for the quality offered, and the service was below expectations.
To make matters worse, after we finished our meal, we were informed that the famous sweet omelette is not served after 9:00 PM. This restriction had not been mentioned to us beforehand, which was particularly frustrating as it was one of the main reasons we chose this restaurant.

01/06/2026: A very pleasant hotel, located at the end of the causeway to Mont Saint-Michel.
Comfortable room, air conditioning much appreciated in hot weather.
Nice breakfasts.
27/05/2026: There are large, clean rooms here, spread across the main building and annex.
Parking is available at the hotel; you need a code to enter the hotel area, making it cheaper than the large parking lot.
The service at reception and in the restaurant is very friendly.
The breakfast is exceptionally good, with fresh crepes and egg dishes.
Highly recommended for a visit to Mont Saint Michel. The shuttle buses depart directly in front of the hotel; it's about a 30-minute walk.

16/08/2026: Personally, I won't be going back anytime soon... The waitress seated us, then...
Five tables arrived after us.
Five tables were served before us... We had to ask the bartender for the menu, but she was very nice.
Anyway, we finally got our order after I asked the young man if it was normal to see the last arrivals served first.
Definitely don't order mussels right now; they're not mussels, they're mini mussels.

L'Auberge Le Mouton Blanc Restaurant

19/04/2026: Upon entering the restaurant, we received no welcome whatsoever (no greeting, no glance, etc.). Once seated, we had ample time to read the reviews, which are entirely consistent with the restaurant's reputation.
We had to wait over ten minutes for our menu. Changing or removing an ingredient from a galette is impossible, let alone doing so with a smile.
Let's talk about the food... It was lukewarm, the galette was soggy, and I suspect it wasn't fresh. When we went to the restroom, we noticed several flies, not to mention the lack of cleanliness. We didn't risk ordering dessert.
To end on a positive note, I suggest you review your customer service, the quality of your food, or perhaps your pricing. I advise you to take into account the 400 reviews, which are rated HORRIBLE.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant; it's a complete rip-off. Good luck, forever!
18/04/2026: Very disappointed. The room was not as advertised. After spending days searching for the perfect room for our mother's (and grandmother's, as the whole family chipped in) 80th birthday, with a view of the bay (a lifelong dream), we learned that the only window in her room looked out onto a roof, just 10 cm from it. So, no view whatsoever. At over €200 per night, this is certainly disappointing. Especially since the hotel is trying to excuse itself by saying they never claimed the photos were accurate. Except that nowhere is there any mention of "photo not contractual" or any other wording suggesting the room wouldn't be the one shown in the picture.
In short, this is unacceptable, and we are extremely disappointed. If this had been clear from the start, we wouldn't have booked this room, and certainly not at this price!

24/02/2026: The crepe was very good, as was the Coke.
The staff is funny, warm, and extremely welcoming. You immediately feel at ease thanks to their good humor and professionalism.
24/11/2025: We came for lunch on Sunday the 23rd. It was good, but nothing amazing. I don't know if it was the eggs mayonnaise or the ribeye steak, but I've had stomach pains for almost two days now; it's unbearable. I think there's a problem with hygiene or the freshness of the food. I won't be going back.

01/06/2026: The recession is in one building, the rooms in another; you have to walk a bit. An interesting experience. In the morning (around 8), people start arriving and it gets quite noisy.

GOURMET, avoid this place! If you thought you were going to taste the culinary treasures of the bay, you're out of luck. Everything is fresh... from the freezer! And tasteless! When paying, we complained to the owner about the blandness of his food and the poor service. He grumbled and replied, "Too many people, it's the rush!" So shut up and pay! Avoid at all costs

02/07/2026: I felt like I stepped into a movie when I stayed at this hotel. I was first greated by the friendly and helpful staff at the bar on the bottom floor right off the main strip of Mount St. Michel. The atmosphere of the bar looked like something out of the Lord of the Rings and I enjoyed local drinks like French wine and local Mount St. Michel beer which is very good.
A beautiful spiral wood staircase took us up to our room several floors up. The view from the room window is incredible and reminded me of a Harry Potter backdrop. The room has been modernized with nice and functional bathrooms. The room's decore and ambiance was a nice touch and well fitting. The later evening hours at Mount St. Michel was quiet and peaceful, which is enjoyed by those staying on the island. Staff as the hotel was excellent and made the stay even more pleasurable. A tasty breakfast is also included. This hotel deserves top marks.
13/06/2026: We stayed in a double room connected to another in the attic (with 3 single beds). Good rooms, good shower. Easy access right upon arrival on the island.

13/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato con delle ottime crêpes dolci e del buonissimo succo di mela. Bellissimo locale con travi in legno a vista situato sopra un negozio di souvenir da cui si entra, personale simpaticissimo e cibo di qualità. Da provare!!

02/06/2024: El hotel y el restaurante carecen de higiene, está todo sucio. La calidad de la comida es nefasta, completamente desaconsejable. Se aprovechan de la ubicación y de los turistas. Los otros hoteles y restaurantes de la zona son mucho mejores.
14/02/2024: Excepté une vue magnifique sur le Mont Saint Michel, côté restauration on appel cela, un attrape chinois !!!

31/08/2024: Das Au Pelerin ist sehr klein (es besteht aus der Bar und ein paar Stühlen gegenüber) aber es hat eine wunderbare zum Ort passende Atmosphäre. Vieles davon ist der Freundlichkeit des Personals geschuldet, das die Flut an Besuchern entspannt regelt. Die Preise für ein Frühstück sind für einen Touristenhotspot angemessen, daher volle Empfehlung von meiner Seite.
20/08/2024: Exactly how a snack bar should be: good food, local people, good price. I would recommend this to anyone who want a good value lunch.
