27/03/2026: A very bad experience. The staff were particularly haughty, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The place was very dirty, and we didn't feel comfortable at all. The toilets, in particular, had an unbearable, almost unbearable odor. As for the so-called omelet, it was clearly far too expensive for its very poor quality. You expect something exceptional given the price, but it fell far short. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

26/03/2026: We arrived around 12:30 PM and waited for about 40 minutes on a weekday without a reservation. It's located right at the entrance to Mont Saint-Michel, so everyone who arrived rushed in, and some people gave up because of the long line. The omelet is apparently famous, and I tried it, and it was delicious! I don't think I'd want to eat it again, but I was very satisfied to have tried this famous omelet once. The price was high, as you'd expect in a tourist area. It seems like other restaurants also serve omelets, but if you go to Mont Saint-Michel, you should definitely give it a try!

19/04/2026: Upon entering the restaurant, we received no welcome whatsoever (no greeting, no glance, etc.). Once seated, we had ample time to read the reviews, which are entirely consistent with the restaurant's reputation. We had to wait over ten minutes for our menu. Changing or removing an ingredient from a galette is impossible, let alone doing so with a smile. Let's talk about the food... It was lukewarm, the galette was soggy, and I suspect it wasn't fresh. When we went to the restroom, we noticed several flies, not to mention the lack of cleanliness. We didn't risk ordering dessert. To end on a positive note, I suggest you review your customer service, the quality of your food, or perhaps your pricing. I advise you to take into account the 400 reviews, which are rated HORRIBLE. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant; it's a complete rip-off. Good luck, forever!

18/04/2026: False advertising: the photos of the room clearly showed a view of the bay, but the view was actually...of a rooftop. It was a surprise for my grandmother's 80th birthday, as it had always been her dream to sleep at Mont Saint-Michel with a sea view from her room. When I called reception, they told me it was normal because the photos on Booking.com are random and don't correspond to the selected room. But how am I supposed to know that? It's not stated anywhere, it's never mentioned anywhere, and each room had different photos, including this one which clearly showed a sea view. We had compared all the rooms and specifically chosen this one because it had the view. No compensation was offered, and I was simply told that nothing could be done for me. It's clearly a scam, considering the room prices. The photo shows the view in the advertisement, and the one my grandmother got instead...

12/04/2026: A very warm welcome, the service is quick and friendly. The setting is very pleasant and the food is plentiful.
