I had the opportunity on several occasions to be invited to this exceptional restaurant, which highlights quality and local products.

Excellent ! The place is absolutely magnificent with a beautiful family history of a desire to preserve tradition to offer their customers hospitality and good food. This effort is felt in the smallest detail, from the reception where the staff goes “far and beyond” in order to best satisfy the customer's needs, to the service of a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant worthy of its name with its very well-kept silverware, the homemade breakfast and its mirabelle plum and apricot jams from the garden, its bread, its pastries to die for, without forgetting the impeccably clean room and a decoration that gives the impression of being in an episode from Downton Abbey, but at best with the Sarreguemines earthenware. I absolutely do not regret my local trip this time, just like the products offered at the table of this inn. (I fell in love with the basil ice cream and apricot jam here). N.B: Do not read the negative comments and go there with your eyes closed. When we see the kind of people who criticize, it's often the bitter old people or the haughty rich who are never happy. The staff found me a table in the restaurant at 4 p.m. even though service starts at 7:30 p.m., did everything possible to accommodate my arrival at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. and offered me a solo table on the terrace for breakfast. . They really take care of me, a person who travels solo and is also a foreigner (Vietnamese).

An elegant and sophisticated atmosphere creates the perfect setting for a great gastronomic performance. What has been coming out of the kitchen here for decades is perfect and deserves the highest respect. Great French cuisine at the absolute top level. Plus a pleasantly reserved service with a sommelier who is there when you need him. A visit that is always worth it

A very nice restaurant. Now even as a 1* Michelin restaurant, completely deserved. Excellent service, a very pleasant atmosphere, exquisite food. You don't just go there to eat, but to enjoy an extremely pleasant moment. It wasn't the first time we were there, and definitely not the last time either.

Magnificent spa hotel, perfect welcome, room, spa, decoration, breakfast, everything is impeccable!

My first experience of a starred restaurant and I was not disappointed. Perfect service and very varied tasty dishes. We took a sens en éveil menu for 210 euros with wine pairing. The hotel is also very good with swimming pool and sauna and hammam...ideal for relaxing. In photo my complete dinner....enjoy

Wir bereits vor 2 Jahren hatten wir ein fantastisches Abendessen und genossen unseren letzten Urlaubsabend bevor wir morgen die letzte Etappe des Heimweges in Angriff nehmen. Die Speisen und der Service sind hervorragend, das Ambiente edel und elegant. Wir werden immer wieder dieses Restaurant und Hotel wählen auf den Heimweg vom Norden.
