Auberge St Hubert sur Malataverne

29/03/2026: We booked last minute to enjoy a peaceful night after a week of skiing, and Domaine du Colombier was a wonderful surprise. The estate is beautiful, and our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, exactly what we needed to relax. We also had dinner at the bistrot, where the service was excellent and the food was outstanding, especially for such a reasonable price. We enjoyed cocktails and a bottle of the estate’s wine, both of which were fantastic. Overall, a lovely experience that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back when we’re in the region again!

09/03/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we dined at the gourmet restaurant. I can't comment on the rooms, but if they reflect the refined and chic nature of the resort, they must be top-notch. We chose the "Land" menu and were absolutely delighted. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were beautifully presented on elegant tableware. The service was seamless and the timing impeccable. The servers were attentive and pleasant, yet professional. We've been twice now and found the quality to have improved since our last visit. We'll be back for a third time, and this time we'll choose the "Sea" menu, which also appealed to us. Many thanks again to the chef and his entire team for their passion for cooking, so clearly evident in the dishes. When will they earn their second star? Congratulations to all.
