Domaine du Colombier Restaurant sur Malataverne

We booked last minute to enjoy a peaceful night after a week of skiing, and Domaine du Colombier was a wonderful surprise. The estate is beautiful, and our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, exactly what we needed to relax. We also had dinner at the bistrot, where the service was excellent and the food was outstanding, especially for such a reasonable price. We enjoyed cocktails and a bottle of the estate’s wine, both of which were fantastic. Overall, a lovely experience that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back when we’re in the region again!

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we dined at the gourmet restaurant. I can't comment on the rooms, but if they reflect the refined and chic nature of the resort, they must be top-notch. We chose the "Land" menu and were absolutely delighted. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were beautifully presented on elegant tableware. The service was seamless and the timing impeccable. The servers were attentive and pleasant, yet professional. We've been twice now and found the quality to have improved since our last visit. We'll be back for a third time, and this time we'll choose the "Sea" menu, which also appealed to us. Many thanks again to the chef and his entire team for their passion for cooking, so clearly evident in the dishes. When will they earn their second star? Congratulations to all.

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff. There was even a little gift for our dog in the room. Our dog was welcome in the restaurant and breakfast area. The room was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful meal themed around water. The pacing of the courses, the creativity, the originality—everything was perfect, bravo! The staff was incredibly attentive, the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable, and the dining room was very pleasant. What more could you ask for?

We hadn't been back since you received your star. The food is still excellent, but we noticed a refinement, an innovative approach to the harmony of flavors and colors, a sensory experience of tasting, particularly with the use of smoking, but also with the journey from the small lounge to the dining room, passing through the kitchens, which truly immerses you in the world of gastronomy. Thank you, however, for the lighthearted atmosphere of the place, which remains unchanged and makes us want to return and appreciate it. From the cuisine to the service and even the choice of tableware, we have absolutely no complaints. We look forward to returning again.
