Aubergine sur Villeneuve-Les-Avignon

My wife and I went to Aubergine during our stay in Villeneuve-les-Avignon on the 30th of March. We strolled from our hotel for dinner and were VERY lucky to find a table for two without a reservation at ~7:45pm. We ate on the second floor. Our waiter was excellent, he was a very friendly and attentive. Furthermore, we are Canadian and I informed the waiter that I was practicing my French. He made an effort to speak to me in French during the meal and gave me helpful language tips for which I was grateful. Additionally, the meals were excellent! I had the jarret du porc and my wife had the vegetarian burger. Afterwards, we shared the cheesecake. Vraiment fantastique! We greatly recommend this restaurant! When we left, the main floor was absolutely packed full - a testament to how great this restaurant is!

Very warm welcome, good food, good atmosphere, I put them first before Maison Bronzini then Olivier's bistro and for the moment I finish with the little spoon

Food, service and atmosphere were quite good for the price but on the negative side, I would say the table we were given was very small and located in a corner next to the stairs and a shelve for cutlery and napkins. On the positive side, dogs are allowed inside, so you can bring your four legged friend with you.
