Restaurant with quality products, very pleasant service, we had a very good time with my children

During the last flea market in Aumont Aubrac, we made a last-minute reservation. Despite the crowds, we got a table on the terrace. The quick and very efficient service explains this. The staff is friendly and professional, the menu satisfies all tastes, and the dishes served are just like those in the other two restaurants of the Michelin-starred chef Cyril Attrazic. They do justice to the local cuisine of Lozère. Perfect.

We stopped by for lunch while passing through. A great find! The €28 set menu was excellent. The staff were friendly and incredibly efficient. We'll gladly return.

A very nice little bar with lovely staff. We didn't stay overnight, but we'll keep it in mind for our next trip.

Very disappointed with our stay at "Chez Linette". The welcome lacked courtesy and professionalism. The room was adequate but could use some finishing touches (especially around the window). Breakfast was very good value for money. Fortunately, the quality of the food served redeemed the overall experience. Having stayed and dined several times at the gourmet restaurant and had lunch at the brasserie, we wanted to try the "Auberge des Origines" (Inn of Origins). It wouldn't take much for this place to be on par with your other establishments...

We stopped there to eat. It was very good, but I think it's a shame they charge for the sauces.
