Tasteful and welcoming decor. Short menu and carefully prepared cuisine. Dynamic and friendly service. Wine list could be improved (especially the reds).

A little roadside restaurant, just off the highway... what a lovely surprise! A warm and friendly welcome... and refined cuisine... pure bliss... and quick service to add another star to the 5/5... 😉

We ate at Linette's bistro on Saturday evening. There was a group there, we were seated nearby, and we didn't have a good time. It was far too noisy. The food was good, but the service was too fast. The aperitif arrived, then the starter too! The main course followed immediately, then dessert, without a break. I think it's a shame not to be able to fully enjoy the meal in such a noisy place.

We were on our way back from vacation and wanted to eat aligot. A quick detour off the A75 and there we were. It was delicious. The staff were very friendly, and since we didn't want to waste any time, we were served very quickly. Excellent.
