A great discovery!
We had a tomato fondue (more for those who like a more acidic soup) and a spicy fondue which were delicious.
There is also a large selection of sauce to accompany the fondue.
The staff was very friendly and I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place for hot pot.
Starting with a very welcoming and friendly staff, we got seated and provided with the menu. They have a variety of options and combos at very affordable prices.
The hot pot is around 30 euro and consists of a pot with a base of different flavors to choose from. There are multiple rounds to order the ingredients consisting of meats, fish , veggies. We barely did one round and we were full.
Everything tasted fresh and nice and we loved the fried pork and shrimp paste defo recommend. They also have a sauce bar where u can mix different sauces sug as sesame pil, sesame paste, soya sauce, fish sauce , chilli sauce and many more to make ur own sauce or use their house mix.
The only setback is that they didn't have chicken options. They do have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from.
I also had a jasmine tea which comes in a big pot for a 3 euro price.
Finally the place have great service, food and reasonably priced

We love the friendly atmosphere and are always delighted with the unlimited fondue (3rd visit to AuCiel).
Be careful, the restaurant fills up quickly, it is better to reserve or arrive early (6:30 p.m.)!

There are many hot pot restaurants in Paris. The ingredients and pot base of this restaurant are not outstanding, but the dipping sauces are the most complete and delicious, especially the fact that the garlic paste is fresh garlic, which outshines many restaurants that use frozen garlic. The combination of self-service + a la carte is also very friendly, economical and can meet more taste needs. I have rarely seen sesame sesame cakes in other restaurants, and they are very delicious. In addition, the fact that they provide small bowls for garbage is also very thoughtful!

The service and atmosphere are impeccable, I have nothing to say! The waitresses are so lovely, they make the experience very pleasant. But the food unfortunately is not worth its price... 32.90 for the all-you-can-eat formula while we are full in the middle of the second round... It is better not to have eyes bigger than your stomach and take the version simple. Moreover, since we cook everything in the same broth and use more or less the same sauce for everything, the taste remains the same. It's really a shame! Being my first Chinese fondue, I don't know if it's the concept or the place that doesn't really appeal to me anymore.

C'est après avoir vu un sujet sur les réseaux sociaux que j'ai voulu tester ce resto chinois de fondue à volonté (il y a d'autres formules et d'autres plats, parfois insolites comme des langues de canard). Après avoir reçu les instructions de notre serveuse (charmante, comme les autres personnes à qui nous avons eu affaire), nous avons choisi notre bouillon (nature, au bœuf, aux crevettes...), notre assaisonnement (nature, épicé, très épicé) et nos ingrédients (à la portion ou à l'unité) parmi une trentaine de propositions (bœuf, porc frit, calamar, crevettes, trois sortes de champignons, épinards, chou chinois, châtaignes d'eau, etc.). Chaque place est équipée d'une plaque à induction intégrée dans la table sur laquelle on fait chauffer le bouillon dans lequel on plonge les ingrédients. Il y a possibilité de faire 5 tournées mais, pour ma part, bien que gros mangeur, deux auront suffi.
Au final, une expérience plaisante dont l'intérêt varie selon les ingrédients choisis et, surtout, selon l'assaisonnement. Pour ma part, par rapport à mon expérience, je pense qu'un bouillon nature (pas épicé) n'a pas grand intérêt gustativement. Rapport qualité/prix correct.
