We had a wonderful time at the bistro. We received a very warm welcome, and the setting in the back room is magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the tasting of the different butters, the scallops, and the monkfish and squid dish. We were a little less impressed with the dessert, which wasn't quite up to the standard of the starters and main courses. The service was attentive; we just would have appreciated a little more time between courses. The owner spoke at length about the history of the establishment; thank you for this opportunity to share his knowledge.

The food at this restaurant has been consistently excellent for the five years we've been going there. A very warm welcome, pleasant and efficient service. One of the best places to eat within the city walls of St Malo.

We had a wonderful time at the bistro enjoying Bordier butter. We dined there for Valentine's Day and were not disappointed! The dishes were excellent, and tasting the Bordier butters allowed us to discover a multitude of flavors.

A wonderful discovery! An excellent meal in a warm and refined atmosphere, where the dishes perfectly showcase the famous Bordier butters—each flavor is delicate and inventive. The service is attentive and professional, and the convivial atmosphere makes you want to return. I highly recommend it for a gourmet lunch or dinner in Saint-Malo.
The only minor improvement could be better: accessibility for people with reduced mobility could be improved, which would make this restaurant even more welcoming for everyone.
