Very friendly service, excellent wine recommendations with some very affordable gems! The scallop menu was delicious... I'm already eager to come back and try the langoustine menu... in any case, it was a very pleasant experience and the discovery of perfect butters was wonderful 😁😉

During a trip to the walled city of Saint-Malo, we had dinner at this "institution," a haven for Bordier butter lovers.
The restaurant is attached to the shop and showcases the full flavor of their seasonal and local products in their cuisine. A wonderful discovery, especially for people like us who only use unsalted butter; they easily won us over! The cuisine is instinctive and expertly prepared, featuring fresh, local flavors.
Just like the food, the service is excellent, with a smile and helpful advice.

Fresh cuisine on the daily menu
Succulent, featuring Bordier butter tasting, a starter of spider crabs in a delicate bisque, pollack cooked to perfection with crispy skin and tender flesh, and a dessert of coconut, pan-fried pineapple cubes, and a magical passion fruit sorbet.
A place to discover for its cozy dining room and pleasantly quiet atmosphere. Kudos to the chef and a big thank you to the team for their friendly and efficient service.
