We enjoyed some lovely meals there, with delightful starters such as the cheese platters and the asparagus with gravlax salmon shavings. We were a little disappointed by the vegetarian dish of ravioli with truffle; unfortunately, the truffle flavor was very (too) subtle. For dessert, the rum baba was excellent! And the crème brûlée was also very well done, with a beautiful sugar crust. I recommend it.

One word sums it up: TOP! A wonderful evening thanks to the warm welcome from the friendly and professional team, the excellent service, and the delicious dishes, carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it. Thank you again to the entire restaurant team!

Thank you for this wonderful experience, which we enjoyed on our wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Potdevin have brilliantly reinvented this well-known Metz establishment: Aux 3 Capitaines. From the moment you enter, the decor captivates with its contemporary elegance. The beige and brown tones, combined with understated yet refined decorations, create a soothing atmosphere where the space seems to breathe. In the kitchen, the same exacting standards are expressed with talent. The dishes are beautiful, generous, inventive, and profoundly flavorful. Special mention goes to the pike quenelles, remarkable for their finesse and deliciousness. As for the veal kidneys, they demonstrate a perfect mastery of the ingredients and a deep respect for French culinary tradition. A dish of rare precision. We also extend our thanks to the young sommelier who accompanied our dinner with passion and discernment. Her insightful advice, sometimes even contradicting our initial choices, guided us toward wine pairings that enhanced every moment of the meal. Under Madame Potdevin's attentive direction, the entire team—discreet, smiling, and remarkably efficient—orchestrated the service with elegance and ease. This is not just an excellent restaurant; it creates truly memorable experiences. We will return with great pleasure!

A truly excellent restaurant. The food is top-notch. They use seasonal produce, and there was a lovely seasonal menu featuring asparagus, perfect for asparagus lovers 😜. The roast potatoes were just like Grandma used to make 🥰, the pea purée was absolutely perfect, and the sweetbreads and beef fillet were cooked to perfection. The foie gras was delicious... And of course, we 1000% recommend the mirabelle plum soufflé. It's a shame about the waiters' attire; I thought they were young people who came to eat there, but they were all very charming and the service was excellent. They were very helpful and always smiling.

Ended up here by chance while passing through, but had a delicious meal! The restaurant looks a lot more modern these days than it appears in the photos on Google. A beautiful place with very tasty food and friendly service.
