Excellent restaurant, the food is truly delicious, the service is perfect, everyone is served at the same time, and the decor is modern and very pleasant. The entire team is incredibly attentive, smiling, and efficient. The dishes are simply delicious (although there were a few bones in one of the pike quenelles and a slightly sliced crème brûlée), which didn't detract from our overall enjoyment, so thank you very much, and we will be back soon.

We came with friends and wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews!
We rediscovered the taste of "real" cuisine; our dishes were varied and all excellent! Goodbye to sloppy cooking and fast food, hello to kidneys, calf's head, seasonal asparagus, and mirabelle plum soufflé! Very good wines too! A chef who has already proven himself and is returning to the French and regional gastronomy we love! And above all, everything is homemade and cooked to perfection!
Impeccable service, a very pretty dining room that is both cozy and family-friendly. Please don't change a thing; we will be back with great pleasure.

A marvellous place with local cuisine only 15 movies outside Metz. The traditional restaurant has been nicely modernised. It offers classic dishes at the highest standard. The white asparagus were the best I have ever had. The mirabelle souflee was a dream. Good local and international wines. Highly recommended.

The food was beautifully presented, it's a shame it was served by a rather unfriendly waiter who seemed genuinely annoyed. The rhubarb tart was lovely, visually appealing, but the dessert lacked rhubarb; it was nowhere to be seen between the pastry base and the meringue topping. The water was exorbitantly priced, costing €7 for a carafe! The setting was pleasant, but we would have appreciated a tablecloth.

I came to celebrate my birthday on the 6th (yes, I'm an Aries!) with my family at this restaurant, which we'll definitely be returning to given the quality at every level.
A truly excellent find, discovered through the MOSL certification. A wonderful culinary experience with impeccable service, pleasant owners, and my top pick for Chef Benoit of K, who served us a true masterclass in culinary artistry.
The slightly warm caramelized pineapple was something else...
It's clean and flawless.
