06/04/2026: A must-visit in Mazamet! Le Grand Balcon is simply a wonderful discovery. The welcome is impeccable: a warm, smiling, and genuinely kind team, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it's flawless. The dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with great care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the effort behind each plate. Perfect for both a special occasion and a simple moment of pleasure, especially with prices that remain very reasonable for the level of quality offered. A truly wonderful experience that I wholeheartedly recommend—I'll be back very soon!

13/10/2024: Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant que nous fréquentons depuis de nombreuses années. Accueil et service impeccables, un barman au top pour faire l'historique des cocktails. Une cuisine inventive sans cesse renouvelée élaborée avec d'excellents produits du terroir. Rien à dire, si ce n'est allez-y les yeux fermés !
11/07/2024: Repas à deux un samedi soir avec réservation. Belle salle avec personnel compétent. Cuisine avec produits frais et de qualité avec des plats avec du goût. Je ne saurais que trop recommander leur dessert signature, le soufflé au Grand Marnier, une tuerie. Une excellente adresse.
