Super boulangerie ! Très bon, frais et choix varié ! Les sandwiches sont super bons, le pain est délicieux! Mention spéciale pour les fougasses 😃 Les viennoiseries sont excellentes, bravo pour les croissants! Nous n’avons jamais été déçus. Sur place, c’est très sympa de prendre un bon café devant le marché. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

It is becoming difficult to find places where pan-bagnats are still made according to the rules of the art. 31 Masséna is one of them. Located in the middle of the covered market of old Antibes, this bakery offers a delicious and generous pan-bagnat made with quality products and perfectly dosed. To take with you to be eaten as it should be at the seaside, it is packaged in waterproof paper which will avoid getting olive oil everywhere in your bag. The welcome is also very pleasant.

I have tried pan bagnat several times and it is always delicious. The manager is very smiling. I've been there several times since and the recipe is always excellent. The products come from the Provençal market.

I was made so welcome today, it was really nice. Great staff! Good food, nice atmosphere. We are here for 3 months, this will be our little anchoring place! THANKS
