We have very mixed feelings about our evening at Aux Berges de la Fecht. Everyone received a welcome toast, except for our table. We waited 45 minutes for our menus, and my son, who had a children's menu, received his after 20 minutes, so he ate his meal alone. We ordered the Beef Rossini, but the piece of beef was ridiculously small and the foie gras was full of sinew. The bread was inedible, as hard as a rock, and the fries were overcooked and swimming in grease. My friend, who ordered a poke bowl, received dry rice and a tiny pot of sauce, along with a rotten radish. The waiter told us, "That's strange, they were cooked this morning." The radish was cooked?! The terrace is pleasant, so I wouldn't give it one or two stars, but the quality of the food needs improvement, especially for the price.

The service was very pleasant and efficient, Caro's snails were very good, the dishes were delicious and generous, the pizza was very good and the desserts were perfect, thank you and we will be back soon!

A friend and I discovered this restaurant this weekend. The setting is pleasant, near a pond. The cocktails were great, the food good but nothing special. The waiter was welcoming but took my glass away before I'd finished it. The icing on the cake was being told at the checkout that we couldn't pay separately (new law from 2026). It would have been nice if they'd informed us at the beginning of the meal so we could have opted for two separate bills; that would have suited everyone!

The menu is very appealing and the quality is excellent. The perfect egg is... perfect. A real treat. The sirloin steak was cooked to perfection... That's becoming rare... The setting... Well, it's in front of a parking lot, they can't do anything about that, but it's nicely laid out. The prices are reasonable considering the quality.

A very nice restaurant, unfortunately the service was very unmotivated and inattentive! Which is a real shame, because we would have loved to eat there every day of our 5-day stay, but we didn't because of the terrible service. Food was forgotten and no one even asked about it; they made absolutely no effort! No one asked if we wanted wine or dessert. We even had to ask for coffee ourselves! The food was great! But that's about it! A real shame.

A superb discovery!! The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was excellent and delicious, using local products, and the dining room was lovely!! We had a very, very pleasant evening!! Thank you to the whole team!! I highly recommend it!

Booked for Valentine's Day, we received a wonderful welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive and always responsive to our requests. The meal was excellent. Everything was prepared to perfection. There was a good variety of choices without being overwhelming. In short, a fantastic evening. Thank you to the entire team.

12/07/2026: We arrived late (8 pm) but were nonetheless warmly welcomed with our two dogs (a Belgian Malinois and a Husky), who also received a royal welcome upon arrival (water bowls and treats). This shows that their presence is not just tolerated, but genuinely accepted. The staff is attentive, helpful, and cheerful. After our aperitif and starter, we were treated to our main course (steak tartare) being prepared right at our table. A gentleman, who clearly knew what we wanted and had a keen eye for detail, impressed us with his precise measurements and the overall success of the dish. This is truly rare and much appreciated. I thank them for this wonderful evening. I highly recommend it and encourage you to try this experience.

12/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Alsace! The establishment is immaculate, very clean, and particularly pleasant. The staff is highly professional: the waiters and waitresses are welcoming, attentive, and offer excellent advice throughout the meal. We chose the three-course set menu, and everything was excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection, the accompanying vegetables were flavorful and delicious, and the portions were generous. Special mention goes to the wines: the recommendations are tailored to each customer's tastes, which is a very thoughtful touch and adds real value to the experience. The only slight drawback is the noise level in the dining room, which can be quite high when the restaurant is full. However, this doesn't detract from the quality of the food or the excellent service. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!
