A wonderful discovery in Alsace! The establishment is immaculate, very clean, and particularly pleasant. The staff is highly professional: the waiters and waitresses are welcoming, attentive, and offer excellent advice throughout the meal. We chose the three-course set menu, and everything was excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection, the accompanying vegetables were flavorful and delicious, and the portions were generous. Special mention goes to the wines: the recommendations are tailored to each customer's tastes, which is a very thoughtful touch and adds real value to the experience. The only slight drawback is the noise level in the dining room, which can be quite high when the restaurant is full. However, this doesn't detract from the quality of the food or the excellent service. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!

We came to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. Everything went perfectly: the welcome was warm, the food was delicious, and the meal was a great success. A special mention goes to the gluten-free bread, a very thoughtful touch, and also to the waiter with the round glasses who was particularly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. We will gladly return!

A very good restaurant just outside Colmar. Definitely worth the trip! The food was sophisticated and delicious. Every course was well thought out and a pleasure to eat. Incredible value for money, wow! The local wines are excellent. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it.
