The atmosphere was elegant and convivial, perfect for a festive evening. The cuisine is simply excellent: refined dishes, perfectly executed, showcasing high-quality ingredients. Each plate is balanced, flavorful, and prepared with great precision. You can feel a genuine respect for the ingredients and a masterful culinary expertise. The service deserves special mention. The team is professional, attentive, and warm, always available without being intrusive. A top-notch culinary experience that greatly contributed to making this evening memorable. The restaurant is calm and the staff is extremely friendly. Booking is highly recommended. Make sure to have cash for payment, as cards are not accepted.

We had dinner with friends (four of us) and enjoyed the €41 set menu, which allowed us to extensively explore the menu: starters, main courses, cheeses, and desserts. Everything was perfectly executed. The cooking was precise, the seasonings perfectly calibrated, and the sauces expertly crafted, never overpowering the ingredients. The dishes expressed a real depth of flavor, with plenty of taste but no heaviness. Special mention goes to the Black Pearl beef, impeccably cooked, of exceptional quality, accompanied by outstanding fries: crispy, flavorful, airy, and perfectly balanced—a true chef's masterpiece. The desserts and cheeses maintained the same high standards: coherence, balance, and controlled indulgence. The service is impeccable, professional, seamless, and attentive, with a warm and perfectly organized team. The owners are present, approachable, and passionate, which greatly enhances the experience. The restaurant is located on a lively and pleasant little street, with paid parking nearby—a real plus in Cannes. In short: a refined, authentic, and flawless restaurant that richly deserves its 5 stars. A truly distinctive establishment, an absolute must-try, and one we will definitely return to on our next trip to Cannes.
