I'm from Bergerac and I hadn't yet eaten at this restaurant. A good place to eat: a small menu but with traditional, simple, and very good dishes (snail casserole, duck parmentier) that seem homemade, a friendly waitress, and a terrace with awnings to protect against the sun. There are always a few hiccups wherever we eat, so I won't dwell on that. I recommend it.

Excellent experience, the chef is passionate about satisfying our taste buds. I recommend this restaurant with its very tasty and generous dishes and a terrace shaded by a lovely plane tree.

We went to Les Cèpes Enchantés as a family. We weren't disappointed. Authentic Périgord cuisine, both delicious and flavorful. A warm and friendly welcome. Regularly updated dishes and fresh, colorful salads that will delight you in this hot weather. The setting is magnificent; the terrace is nestled under a centuries-old tree.

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful setting. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is pleasant. Very good, generous, and homemade dishes from appetizer to dessert. I ordered à la carte, and my wife and daughter shared the Périgord platter; we have nothing but praise and will definitely be back.

An exquisite meal! We ordered foie gras and the Périgord platter to share. It was truly delicious. We had to finish the sauce with bread 😉 The duck breast was cooked to perfection, the potatoes were excellent, the porcini mushrooms were divine, and the pan-seared foie gras was superb. A big thumbs up!

29/07/2026: What a charming restaurant! All the dishes were delicious. We opted for the tasting menu. The highlights were the wild pollack carpaccio as a starter and the creamy semolina (accompanied by a delectable ice cream) for dessert. 👌
09/07/2026: I feel a bit ripped off. I have no complaints about the quality of the foie gras or the innovative and interesting flavor combinations. However, I would have preferred better quality bread to better appreciate and enhance the foie gras. We were served simple pieces of overcooked baguette. Both the appetizer and main course were rather meager, in my opinion. The pollack was served with just chickpeas and three mirabelle plums... Honestly, for the price I paid, I'm quite shocked. I don't deny the effort involved, but still... you can find more generous portions in fine dining restaurants. The cutlery wasn't changed, and I wasn't given a knife for the fish. So, a bill of €100 for two people, whereas two tasting menus at €46 each + two €3 supplements for foie gras would have cost €98 where I live... but hey, what's another €2? For me, it's not very good value for money. This is just my opinion.
