My wife and I ate there last night. I don't really understand the criticism. We were well received. All the waitresses were very friendly. We ate well.

Stays open late(r) than its old town neighbors! Portion sizes are substantial. Barely scratches the itch if you’re craving a savory or sweet galette/crepe in the evening… but it’s hard to go wrong with butter and sugar!

I had a Superieure and it was nice but have had a lot better at other places. It’s in a nice and cool location though for a hot summer day like the one when I went there. Staff was very friendly and good service!

Superb experience. A big thank you to Eline, our very professional waitress. Friendly and quick; she understood our order right away. Thanks to her, we were able to arrive on time and enjoy ourselves. The crepes were very good, as always!

A large crêperie unlike your usual crêperie. Well-filled crêpes and friendly waitresses. The only downside, and that's why I gave it a 4, is the wait time after ordering. More than 30 minutes.

Half of the staff was very nice, the other half quite unfriendly and late in service. The unfriendly part made it quite obvious that they did not prefer non-french-speaking tourist, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. On the other hand the food was delicious, however quite expensive, even for Annecy standards.
