Aux deux oliviers sur Gruissan

As always, the food was top-notch, as were the welcome and service. The setting and atmosphere allowed us to have a lovely time as a family. Thank you! 😃

So for my birthday we chose "Les Deux Oliviers"... Warm welcome, chairs a bit stiff... I ordered à la carte: everything was perfect - the sea bream of the day was a little bland but very fresh - My partner was quite disappointed by the starter: undercooked leeks wrapped in dry seaweed! His main course was a very fatty piece of pork loin... he was sick all night... So, for €150, a big disappointment... we were really looking forward to it!

Excellent experience at this restaurant today. The food is homemade, the welcome is warm, and the service is quick. There's free parking nearby. I recommend it.

We visited as a couple in September 2026. We received an exceptionally warm welcome, both on the phone when we made our reservation and upon arrival. In fact, we knew we were in good hands when they asked about our allergies as soon as we called. The service was also excellent, and Nathalie made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the meal. We had the mojito of the day as an aperitif (a mojito with a strawberry/raspberry purée). The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. The food was also excellent, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The ingredients were high-quality and expertly prepared, the seasoning was subtle and just right, and the presentation was incredibly appealing. We were particularly impressed by the Iberian banana, which was cooked to perfection! Thank you again for this wonderful meal and a very enjoyable evening to the two Oliviers, whom we wholeheartedly recommend!

Good restaurant. It's a shame they were short a waiter that evening. The food is very well prepared. The only downside was a dog wandering around the restaurant.

Absolutely perfect! Subtle and inventive cuisine, the fish cooked to perfection, served by a radiant young woman who took excellent care of us, and don't forget to try one of their house cocktails! Absolutely divine!

We wanted to treat our grandchildren by taking them to a restaurant and frankly, we had a great time. They were delighted, and so were we.

We stumbled upon this place during our travels in the South with my husband and in-laws. What a wonderful surprise! Everything was fantastic: the menu, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
