“Aux éphérites” is buzzing, this little bistronomic restaurant with an electric atmosphere and a refined setting, where everything is on the plate, concocted by Alex Suergiu, a breathtaking chef, dressed in his “Johnny” t-shirt, which evolves between local products. here and inspiration from elsewhere.
His qualities as an excellent craftsman exult thanks to the pretty dishes that shake up the slate of the market menu, offered according to the desire and the season. Quality, freshness, simplicity and conviviality are the key words of this “cook’n roll” team which fights against “pretentious and expensive” gastronomy.

Faithful tasters of the good dishes of aux éphérites since its beginnings 10 years ago, we absolutely wanted to take one last moment of taste pleasure as soon as we received the message of its future closure. I remember with emotion the meal with my parents and friends to celebrate my thesis. We are not fans of stuffy and pedantic gastronomic meals, so we found in this restaurant a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, friendly even, with very enriching culinary discoveries, notably wines and beers (Yuzu de Célestin to name but a few). 'a). Thank you very much to the chef and we completely understand his choice of a little rest if that is his choice. If you ever open a new restaurant, we would appreciate seeing you there. Best wishes

A la carte des produits locaux, toujours bien présentés
Mention spéciale pour le chef qui a réussi a me faire apprécier les endives, la tache n’était pourtant pas aisée.
Le serveur était d’une gentillesse rare, super moment
