I had a wonderful lunch at Aux Pesked, enjoying a seafood and vegetable-focused meal. The refined and flavorful cuisine, showcasing local produce, was expertly prepared by Mathieu Aumont. Many thanks also to the front-of-house team, led by Sophie Aumont, for their impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

For our wedding anniversary, the dinner was of exceptional quality, both in terms of the food and the presentation of the dishes. The welcome was courteous and professional, and the service attentive throughout the meal. A very satisfying experience that I highly recommend. We went for lunch on January 27, 2026. What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was! Everything was perfect: the ambiance, the view, the decor, the welcome, the helpful advice from our waitress, and of course, the extraordinary cuisine of this incredibly talented chef. If we lived closer, we would gladly make this restaurant our regular haunt. As an added bonus, an 11kW charging station (reserved for customers) is available free of charge.

The food and ingredients were of very high quality.
Excellent value for money.
I highly recommend the wine pairing, which was particularly interesting.
I will mention a few minor drawbacks, but I want to emphasize that I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. I'm eagerly awaiting lobster season to try the exceptional menu!
The wait between courses was sometimes too long. I waited so long for the red mullet that I had trouble eating the next course.
The sommelier served a wine after I had already eaten the dish and didn't inform me that there was no wine pairing with the tuna.
I had to ask several times for bread and butter.
I had to put a lamp on my plate to see my food better.
Despite these minor points, the meal was very enjoyable, and I had a wonderful time at reasonable prices.

I tried the takeaway meal. It was a superb, well-balanced meal with expertly prepared dishes and, most importantly, clear instructions for serving them. A truly memorable and delightful experience for this festive dinner. The amuse-bouche was a magnificent starter, the main course excellent, and the dessert very good, not forgetting the foie gras with its exceptional, almost magical, fall. In short, if you're ever in the area, you must go to Aux Pesked, a Michelin-starred restaurant at an affordable price.
I returned to Aux Pesked for my Christmas culinary treat, and once again it was perfect. A complete menu with amuse-bouche, a cold starter with foie gras, a hot starter with spider crab ravioli and fish soup, then the main course. My wife Joelle opted for capon, and I chose fish, followed by a pineapple and mango dessert. Photos attached. The same menu for New Year's Eve...

A restaurant in Saint-Brieuc offering a view of the valley. The cuisine creatively reinterprets our specialties using fresh, local ingredients. This strong creativity is also evident in the presentation and attention to detail. For example, sugar shaped like coffee beans, served on a small dish with a small egg, is very original, as is the three-course appetizer. We enjoyed the main courses featuring surf and turf options.
