Overall, the meal was quite good. However, we didn't appreciate the unprofessionalism of the staff, who struggled to accept even minor criticism, resulting in no "thank you" or "goodbye" when we left. I won't be returning.

I treated my parents to a meal, and they were delighted. They had a theater performance afterward, and the restaurant was very accommodating, respecting their schedule. Thank you for that. And on top of that, they thoroughly enjoyed the refined, fresh, and excellent cuisine. The service was simply outstanding. Thank you on their behalf; I will definitely come back myself.

A pleasant moment spent relaxing under the table. The food is good, some of the combinations are daring and interesting in flavor. Several rooms, a pleasant atmosphere and setting. The waitresses and waiters are smiling and attentive.

07/01/2026: Sixta exceeded my expectations. I read the previous reviews and was excited to find a true vegan restaurant. I ordered, “velouté de carottes et lentilles vertes, granola salé gingembre, huile verte” as an entree. Without exaggeration this was the best meal that I have had during a two week holiday in France. Beyond the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this to anyone who observing a vegan diet.
