Spectacular food, truly unforgettable. A place with very few options, but they're all incredibly well done, DIVINE. I highly recommend it. The service was also spectacular. I left very happy.

Two group dinners over two months, and each time: A fantastic welcome, quick order taking, helpful advice—in short, a great start! The food was excellent, using fresh ingredients, and the menu was simple yet effective, with a limited number of dishes—a testament to homemade quality! The setting is pleasant, with simple yet effective decor. Thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious food! Sorry, no photos of the dishes—I didn't have time—but here are some pictures of a superb peaty Breton whisky and an Auvergne gentian liqueur that makes you forget all about Suze!

We came in a small group on a Saturday and received a warm, relaxed, and very friendly welcome. And of course, the dishes were beautifully presented and excellent. I hadn't been before, but I will definitely be back.

07/01/2026: Sixta exceeded my expectations. I read the previous reviews and was excited to find a true vegan restaurant. I ordered, “velouté de carottes et lentilles vertes, granola salé gingembre, huile verte” as an entree. Without exaggeration this was the best meal that I have had during a two week holiday in France. Beyond the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this to anyone who observing a vegan diet.
