A very nice restaurant but much too noisy because too many people in too small a space, which is very tiring Adorable servers but overwhelmed by the amount of work. It’s a shame because the dishes are tasty. Maybe fewer tables even if it means increasing the price of the menu, that would be so much more pleasant. I wish them every success by doing less but better

Au Poêle de la Bête

05/04/2024: This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Saint-Aubin district. The menu changes often, which is always a nice surprise. The dishes are really tasty, presented with great attention, and the cuisine is always inventive and creative, offering an exceptional taste experience on each visit (like the thyme custard 😍) I am a regular and have never been disappointed.
26/02/2024: Good beer (8.5€ a pint, rowing 5.5€ during happy hours) and friendly bartender.

04/04/2024: A very warm welcome from our group of high school students at the restaurant. A quality meal served with efficiency, attention and a smile. Very respectful of schedules and very good contact with teenagers. A good moment shared.
