The owners are very friendly, the pastries are delicious, and the atmosphere is calm! The café also has a secondhand bookstore, and the tableware is beautiful!

My friend and I have been going to Madame Bovary regularly for a long time, and each time it's a very pleasant experience. The drinks and pastry menu is excellent with very reasonable prices. The service is also very pleasant; the owners are lovely. We highly recommend it!

I've been meaning to leave a review for quite some time now, given how often I go to this tea room, but I never got around to it. I eat at Madame Bovary fairly regularly when I have friends over or when I'm out for a family meal. I've always had a wonderful time there: the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The owners are lovely, and to illustrate my point, I'll give you an example that particularly touched me. I always come with my service dog, which makes me a very easy customer to identify when I make a reservation by phone. It's also worth noting that I always order the same dessert, the chocolate-banana crumble, because I find it absolutely delicious. One day, I called to make a reservation, and we went with my family. When it came time to choose our dessert, one of the owners said, "When I recognized you on the phone, I quickly prepared two small crumbles because we didn't have any on the menu today." This thoughtful gesture really touched me.

I'm finally drinking a truly rich and decadent hot chocolate—the kind they make and absolutely delicious! It was like a trip down memory lane! The crumble was delicious, with a lovely texture and just the right amount of sweetness.
