The owners were very welcoming and took the time to chat with us. Homemade cuisine. Generous portions and beautiful presentation. The bill was a little high, but we ate very well.

The welcome, service, and meal made for a truly perfect Saturday evening. There were nine of us, and we had a reservation, of course. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everyone was delighted, from the aperitif to the dessert. Thank you both so much.

Excellent restaurant. Gourmet meals at mid-range prices. No complaints, we want to go back. The owners are very friendly. The brasserie atmosphere with its walls full of detail is quite cool. A bit limited in the number of desserts, but the tiramisu was very good.

Excellent meal. Friendly owners. We had a great time. The only downside was that, once we got home, we noticed we were charged for two glasses of wine when only one was served. A shame.

Castle Tavern

30/07/2026: A decent location with a nice view of the castle. Not the best, but not the worst either.
28/07/2026: We had lunch there today and everything was perfect. The salad was excellent, with superb foie gras, the fish and chips were very good, and dessert was flawless. The waitresses were very pleasant and smiling. A great atmosphere in a comfortable and inviting setting. We'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: A wonderful experience and unbeatable value for money for this type of establishment. Tablecloths, silver cutlery, beautiful china, impeccable service, a gourmet atmosphere, and decor that might be a bit dated for some, but... that's what makes this restaurant so charming. The welcome is courteous, the service is professional, and the cuisine reflects the passion and desire to please the customers. A €20 lunch menu with an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert, all served with the same high standards as the rest of the menu, is definitely worth noting. This is a restaurant that's truly worth a visit and stands in stark contrast to some sterile chain restaurants that claim to be fine dining establishments. As for me, I'll be back soon... This is just my opinion.
