26/04/2026: An unforgettable stay for our 50th anniversary! There were about fifteen of us, from all over France, to celebrate our group's 50th anniversary from April 17th to 20th, 2026. The Hostellerie Saint-Florent lived up to this very special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the Ganjoueff family and their team welcomed us with remarkable warmth and professionalism. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and the breakfast—generous, varied, and featuring beautiful local products—is simply excellent. The cuisine was a hit with everyone in the group: authentic, rooted in French tradition, with quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The service was attentive and elegant, and the wine recommendations, offered with passion, perfectly complemented our meals. Managing a group like ours for three days is no small feat—the team handled it with flexibility and good humor. A rare find, and a real pleasure to have discovered.
