An exceptional address! Hostellerie Saint-Florent is a true gem. A comfortable and well-appointed room, but above all, remarkably refined, generous, and sophisticated cuisine worthy of the finest restaurants. And then comes the breakfast… absolutely exceptional! I have rarely experienced such quality and generosity: numerous cakes and traditional regional specialties, cheeses, charcuterie, homemade waffles… A veritable feast to start the day, worthy of the grandest 5-star hotels. Without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful and best breakfasts I have ever had. An unforgettable stay for our 50th anniversary! There were about fifteen of us, from all over France, to celebrate our group's 50th anniversary from April 17th to 20th, 2026. The Hostellerie Saint-Florent lived up to this very special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the Ganjoueff family and their team welcomed us with remarkable warmth and professionalism. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and the breakfast—generous, varied, and featuring beautiful local products—is simply excellent. The cuisine was a hit with everyone in the group: authentic, rooted in French tradition, with quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The service was attentive and elegant, and the wine recommendations, offered with passion, perfectly complemented our meals. Managing a group like ours for three days is no small feat—the team handled it with flexibility and good humor. A rare find, and a real pleasure to have discovered. Thank you to Peggy, Sylvain, and their entire fantastic team—a place we recommend without hesitation!
