An unforgettable stay for our 50th anniversary! There were about fifteen of us, from all over France, to celebrate our group's 50th anniversary from April 17th to 20th, 2026. The Hostellerie Saint-Florent lived up to this very special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the Ganjoueff family and their team welcomed us with remarkable warmth and professionalism. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and the breakfast—generous, varied, and featuring beautiful local products—is simply excellent. The cuisine was a hit with everyone in the group: authentic, rooted in French tradition, with quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The service was attentive and elegant, and the wine recommendations, offered with passion, perfectly complemented our meals. Managing a group like ours for three days is no small feat—the team handled it with flexibility and good humor. A rare find, and a real pleasure to have discovered. Thank you to Peggy, Sylvain, and their entire fantastic team—a place we recommend without hesitation!

We were hiking the GR53 and stayed here overnight. A wonderful, family-run hotel, the room was very well-maintained and clean, with a large bed, a large bathroom, excellent food, and outstanding service. The lady of the house gave us an incredibly warm welcome at reception and even offered us a room upgrade without us asking, probably because we looked quite needy. We thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub. We'd love to come back! 👍🏻

A wonderful discovery! A charming restaurant with friendly and competent staff (a rarity these days). The rather classic dishes were perfectly executed with high-quality ingredients. The presentation was clean and elegant. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it. Congratulations to the chefs and servers!
