Aux Vieux Remparts - Restaurant et Bar sur Provins

04/08/2024: Absolutely loved this little restaurant. Visited having read other reviews and was not disappointed. Tartiflette wonderful. My partner enjoyed the salad of the day. Both meals excellent. Hospitality so kind despite our poor language skills.

05/07/2024: The comments we read before choosing the restaurant during our visit to Provins did not lie. This is one of the few times my family and I have felt so welcome. Luckily, the restaurant was open on a Sunday - which is not usually the case - because of the Provins Medievales. Not only did we eat very well and at a very reasonable price - not to mention the place which is very clean - but we felt at home thanks to the kindness of the owner who runs the room and who is at the origin of all the dishes offered as well. Special mention to his blueberry pie. I would have liked a second slice! A big thank you to her for making us feel so welcome. If we come back to Provins, we will undoubtedly go to his restaurant. The restaurant is not that far from the upper town and is definitely worth a visit.
