Ayahuma Restaurant sur Paris

My Ecuadorian partner and I came, and the experience was definitely a success. The flavors of Ecuador are truly present, presented in a more refined, almost bistro-style version. The dishes are expertly prepared, generous, and delicious, with a distinct identity. A wonderful place to discover or rediscover Ecuadorian cuisine. We will gladly return.

We went during the week, and it wasn't very crowded. Dinner was delicious, and the waiters took the time to explain the specialties to us.

Each plate is prepared with care and originality. There's also a great drinks menu. Highly recommended for friends, family, and more.

As a Peruvian, I absolutely loved the food here. Everything was delicious! The patacones with cheese were amazing, and the ceviche had its own unique style, which I really enjoyed. I especially loved that the ceviche came with plantain chips—it’s something I’ve really missed, so that detail made me very happy. The service was very friendly and attentive, always happy to suggest good options and help with the menu. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food and warm service. I would definitely come back!

A true taste of Ecuador in Paris. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was exceptional, and the food outstanding. The tigrillo, corviche were packed with authentic flavours and the picanha was cooked perfectly. As Ecuadorians, it genuinely felt like being transported back home for the evening. Thank you for your incredible hospitality and for sharing such delicious food.

Brilliant food and service in a really charming space. Every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully put together. I loved the way the menu gave traditional ingredients and classic flavours a modern twist while still staying true to them. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, making it a fantastic dining experience. Will be back next time I visit Paris.
