17/10/2025: It was with a thirst for food and a craving for summer sweetness that I stopped at Café Mirabelle last June. Accompanied by a friend, we took the time to enjoy a snack just the way we like it: two creamy hot chocolates and two contrasting desserts, one with rhubarb, the other with caramel. It was a wonderful surprise: bold flavors, carefully crafted textures, and the comforting feeling of a place where everything is designed for the simple pleasure of the moment. The colorful and cheerful dishes add a touch of light to the experience, a real ray of sunshine, even indoors. A beautiful summer afternoon, full of indulgence and conversation, the kind we'd love to experience more often.

05/03/2026: I went to Apsara with my friends. It was completely bland, soulless, and unwelcoming. The food was disgusting, tasteless, and the Pho was inedible. The broth was sweet, the portion was tiny, and there wasn't much meat. I've never tasted anything so bad. I'm of Asian descent, and the owner never responded to me, saying, "That's just how it is in our culture." She wasn't friendly at all, so I told her she should change careers or cuisine. The Bo Bung was also bad, full of greens at the bottom of the bowl, swimming in sauce. In short, I advise you against wasting your money at this restaurant. Go to the 13th arrondissement or Belleville instead. There's a guy on YouTube who raves about it, but he's clueless and knows nothing about Asian cuisine. Don't listen to these guys. It's absolutely terrible; a 0 for food. I advise you, my friends, against it.

02/04/2026: The restaurant was clean and tidy, the owner was very welcoming and spoke fluent Chinese, the food was very fresh, and the five rounds of buffet fare were more than enough to eat.

29/03/2026: A very disappointing dinner at Santé Carne. There were four of us, and despite a rather pleasant atmosphere at first, the overall experience clearly didn't live up to the prices. The welcome was practically nonexistent, with barely a hello and no goodbye, which set the tone from the moment we arrived. The service was slow and inattentive, with an interminable wait for the bill and then the payment machine, and to top it off, an error on the bill with uneaten dishes. The plates arrived cold, which meant the meat cooled down immediately—quite problematic for a restaurant supposedly specializing in this area. The side dishes were bland and tasteless, and the wine list offered bottles for over €30 without the quality or service justifying the price. In the end, at around €75 per person, you expect a minimum of attention, a smile, a thank you, or even a small gesture of goodwill, but there was none of that. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the value for money and the service clearly need improvement.

23/03/2026: Nice place, promising. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow (Sunday evening). As for the food, the first glass of wine shouldn't have been served (undrinkable and immediately replaced), the meat was overcooked for a rare order, and all of this was not at all up to the price. A pleasant experience nonetheless.

22/03/2026: A truly wonderful experience! The decor immediately sets the mood and gives you hope for a culinary journey. A journey that was more than successful from appetizer to dessert. Although we were able to sample many items on the menu, I want to give special mention to the main courses. For my part, the kefta couscous was absolutely delicious. The portions were just perfect, and you leave feeling satisfied but not as heavy as you might expect. My friend, meanwhile, tried the lamb tagine. I've rarely seen such a large lamb shank. And she thoroughly enjoyed it. It is pricey, perhaps a little more so than elsewhere, but the quality is undeniable, and that's all you can ask for!
