B Bistro sur Clermont-Ferrand

A fantastic discovery on Saturday!! The food was top-notch (the chicken supreme was absolutely divine), and the dessert was delicious and light! (Seriously, that's rare!)

I came for lunch on a whim, and the menu looked tempting. I was then pleasantly surprised by the flavors and the fresh ingredients. The food is truly excellent, the welcome and service are impeccable, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Incredibly surprised by the quality of this establishment! The perfect egg has never been more aptly named: paired with mint, strawberry, feta, quinoa, and sprinkled with a pinch of fried onions: simply sublime!

A truly bistro-style establishment offering €13.00 lunchtime dishes prepared in the Auvergne tradition using fresh, local produce, with a wonderful welcome from Fanny (thank you!) who will expertly advise you on the perfect wine pairing! (For our own experience, we visited the winemaker, Stéphane Bonjean, after tasting his wine at the restaurant.) In short, A truly wonderful culinary experience!!! Don't change a thing! THANK YOU 😉

A superb spot in Montferrand! True bistronomy, a small but very high-quality and original menu. Sophisticated dishes you won't find anywhere else, and a very pleasant, convivial atmosphere! This is my second time eating at Le Bistrot, and I'll definitely be back. They also have a very good wine list.
