La table de Thierry sur Clermont-Ferrand

A delightful little place with a genuinely friendly host who prepares dishes just like at home. The place is welcoming; the ingredients are excellent. Reasonably priced.

We had a lovely meal here and the food was beautifully cooked and tasted as well as it looked. We had the vegetarian gallete (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and the aligots confit as well as the confiture and salted caramel crepe for dessert and of course washed down with cidre. Highly recommend and Thierry the owner and chef was a delight.

A place to discover or rediscover. Everything is homemade, there's a bit of a wait since the owner is in the kitchen, serving, and handling the cash register, but it's well worth it because everything is delicious, and the service is always friendly. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderfully cozy and charmingly elegant restaurant serving galettes/crêpes and the South Auvergne specialty, Aligot. Thierry is one of a kind and makes you feel right at home, like you're visiting friends. Plus, it's in a lovely central location near the cathedral, with two attractive tables outside and a very cozy interior. Thank you so much, Thierry, and see you next time!

We had a wonderful time at La Table de Thierry! The atmosphere is friendly and almost familial; you can take your time and savor beautiful dishes made with quality ingredients. It's so close to home, we'll be back soon, and we'll bring our friends.

A small restaurant on a quiet street, but close to the cathedral. A short menu that inspired confidence! And we weren't disappointed! Thierry runs the kitchen and the front of house single-handedly, yet he still took the time to chat with us. The galettes are crispy (just like in Brittany) and they use high-quality local products (nitrite-free Auvergne cooked ham, Breton andouille sausage). We highly recommend this restaurant!
