A nice discovery, good and pretty dishes. The waitress (boss?) is very pleasant. The professional waiter but chooses the customers with whom he will smile... it's a shame

La formule du midi est intéressante : les entrées sont fraîches ( salade de crevettes et salade vosgienne aux tomates sans pommes de terre et lardons ), le plat principal est copieux mais manque de sauce ( veau gratiné et daurade ) et les desserts bien présentés ( pavlova). Des vins au verre sont proposés.

A great discovery while looking for good food in Thionville. The dishes are well prepared and very good, 5/5. This is my opinion but I find the place very impersonal, the setting lacks pep. But I give it 5 overall because we had a great time. However, it's still quite reasonable because 115€ for 4 glasses of wine at 40€, 1 starter menu, main course, dessert and just a main course for 2.

We ate there yesterday and it was fabulous!! Everything was delicious!! The foie gras, the zucchini flowers, the burger,….. We are going back without hesitation!!

A great restaurant in the heart of Thionville that one of my partners introduced me to. Honestly a good surprise. Top service. The boss is adorable and he's a real restaurateur. Everything is fresh and delicious

What a godsend to have discovered this gourmet temple. From the scallops to the bone marrow and snails to the sweetbreads and its accompaniment with the final touch of the three-chocolate crunch, everything was delicious. Inventive cuisine based on finesse, imagination and sublime flavor. The Mailly champagne, the Alsatian "Vendanges Tartives" and the red Burgundy from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune could only honor this feast served by very professional and charming staff. A real pleasure and it goes without saying that we will be back before long. Big thanks.

Didier and his team really take care of their guests. The dishes are intelligently prepared and homemade and the menu changes regularly, adapting to the seasons.

01/08/2024: The super nice boss and lady. Breakfast of champions. Very good value for money and allows you to avoid the prohibitive prices of Swiss hotels a few km from this hotel.
