A modest-looking restaurant with all the hallmarks of a grand establishment. Very pleasant service, seasonal produce subtly showcased in very tasteful dishes. A very small comment for the lamb shank with orzo, which falls very discreetly short of the starter and dessert. Fully deserving of its Michelin and Gault&Millau awards, I highly recommend it!

16/01/2026: For three weeks I ate at this restaurant, not a single meal was disappointing, not a single service was lacking. The buffet is very good, but the dishes... Excellent. High-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and seasoned every time—a real treat. The staff are always on hand to ensure you have everything you need, with virtually no wait. Perfect. I'll be back in March, and I'll definitely return to this restaurant. I recommend it without hesitation.
