23/12/2023: Very pleasant shop thanks to a welcoming team

05/12/2023: Greetings from Houston, TX. Oh the hospitality! First time in Europe and Paris, France. Was going on a river cruise and only had two days in Paris. My goals were to site see as much as possible. Visit Edith Pief grave and purchasing Longchamp bags for me and family members. My first day in Paris I go to my nearest Longchamp store at 21 Rue de Vieux Colombier. I was greeted when I walked in the door. Two awesome sales people Samar et Pierre Olivier entertained me and were hospitable . Samar was a dolls and very helpful. I felt like I received the red carpet treatment! She also explained the tax refund, which I received. After purchasing the bags I asked if I can keep my purchases there because I wanted to try McDonald's in Paris. Samar said " Don't you dare" With here stylish leather pants and black sweater went outside the store and walked me half way to an adorable cafe and said " Go eat a French Hamburger". I did and it's was delicious. The customer service and hospitality was fantastic! The Parisians are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't believe the stereotypes. Keep up the good work Longchamp and staff. I will return😊.
