As soon as you enter, the warm welcome and smiles from the staff immediately put you at ease. The bagels are simply perfect, made with fresh and tasty ingredients. A huge favorite for the pistachio cake which is incredible. Go there with your eyes closed

Great place to eat! The people who work there are super pleasant and immediately create a friendly atmosphere, new recipes have been added and they are only better! I also love that their desserts are homemade, I recommend 😊

Very nice, not yet tasted Bägel but the lemon/poppy seed or pistachio cakes or the muffins are delicious, I also tasted a very very good coconut milk/banana/almond smoothie. The decor is original and the saleswomen are very nice. Everyone speaks informally, it’s funny.

28/08/2024: très bon repas, dans un cadre bien agréable sous les arbres , tout était bon !! service au top , raffiné et sympa ! une adresse incontournable sur Besançon !!
19/07/2024: Excellent accueil pour notre groupe, un service au petits soins, attentifs et disponible, j’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre. Les plats sont très bons, les cuissons et les sauces sont parfaites. Le menus a été choisi à l’avance, je ne connais pas la carte, mais les assiettes étaient délicatement dressées. C’est un restaurant adapté pour un moment exceptionnel, surtout le soir.

Le chalet du cervin

18/08/2024: We ate very well, the service was very fast. Smiling and organized servers, attentive. Small downside for the person (boss or chef) who speaks badly to the friendly waitress. Sir, your colleagues deserve respect!!!!
04/08/2024: Very good overall. We were here on a Sunday and pleasantly surprised, while most other Restaurants in the city were closed or fully occupied.
