Friendly staff 😃. Tables not cleaned and pigeons nearby, yes, inside. Thanks for the hygiene. Toilet available but outdated sink that malfunctions. Too many posters and good stories.

I come here very often, and this is the first time I've found the staff unpleasant and unfriendly. We felt like we were bothering them, and I ordered a banana smoothie but only got pineapple. It's surprising; usually we're always greeted warmly with a smile and polite greetings.

Hello. We came to eat lunch today. The service was complicated; there were no cold drinks. Drinks were retrieved from a storage area as orders were placed and put in a small refrigerator under the counter. The refrigerated drinks display didn't seem to be in use and was only partially filled. The drinks we were served weren't cold, and the waitress had no ice available. For everyone's comfort, the restrooms were out of order, and we couldn't wash our hands before eating because the taps had no water. "Very pleasant moments that we shared." Go elsewhere and try Papa Burger, which is just ten meters away 😉

Had a lovely pistachio cookie and an espresso. The server was very friendly and professional. There's music but you can easily have a conversation. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. A high quality experience if you need a break.

Great spot right in the heart of Besançon! The bagels are fresh, made to order, and the selection is really varied. I love the quirky decor and the service is always friendly. Ideal for a quick and delicious lunch. 🥯👌

I'm very, very happy. As usual, I'm always very satisfied with the service, the food, and the atmosphere at Bagelstein on the main street in Besançon. Today, Abou and Gusiana served me well and deserved this positive review. In fact, since 2017, when I had just started high school, I fell in love with this restaurant and I haven't been able to do without it since. I regularly invite family and friends there.
