Baila Pizza sur Niort

Overall, it's quite decent, like many restaurants in the chain, with some ups and downs depending on the location. The servers are efficient and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's a pizzeria, not a gourmet restaurant.

Excellent as always!! Tonight, the staff's absolute patience with a particularly unpleasant table that alienated the entire evening clientele was noteworthy. Aside from this "inconvenience," we enjoyed our usual very (too much 😅) delicious meal, for a more than reasonable price. Thank you to Baïla Pizza Niort for another wonderful meal. See you soon!!

It's not expensive. But the food is far from excellent. Plus, you have to pay for the containers to take your pizza home.

Passing through Niort, we stopped at this restaurant. The decor is warm and the staff welcoming, until a comment about my carbonara seemed to have offended the waitress. Indeed, the description of the carbonara corresponds to the "traditional" recipe with bacon. The dish I received was pasta with cream and ham strips, topped with an egg yolk, and the whole thing lacked flavor. I wanted to point this out respectfully (since the waitress wasn't at fault) so they could potentially change the description on the menu, as it wasn't carbonara, and the disappointment was palpable when we received our meal. But this comment, though politely worded, didn't seem to go over well. The pizzas, on the other hand, are beautiful and generously topped. Furthermore, it would be better, while waiting for a customer's drink, not to tap the straw on anything and place it in the glass afterward.

We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very pleasant, even with children. We go there from time to time and each time we are happy to return.

This place serves quickly and the food is delicious.

Passing through the area, we had lunch here. The cocktails were excellent, and the menu is extensive, but while my dish was good, the rest of the table wasn't satisfied. The pasta was overcooked and the spaghetti was broken! What a travesty!

Pamela and her colleagues provide exceptional service and attentive, welcoming staff with smiles and good cheer, and the food is excellent. They are adept at responding to customer requests and quickly finding solutions; with them, there are no problems, only solutions, always delivered with a smile. A truly wonderful establishment; we will be back soon to try their new offerings.
